This is a small aerial yoga class for beginners
Course Starts Tuesday 1st September 6pm and Wednesday 2nd September 6pm
Aerial yoga doesn’t have to mean you will be upside down performing somersaults, instead you will be supported against gravity by a soft hammock. Allowing you freedom in the postures, making most postures more accessible. All postures start from the floor.
