On this six week course you will learn the building blocks every yogi should know to build your practice.
Our bodies need movement and stretching for muscle tone, flexibility and mobility, also strength and stamina. Yoga also helps to bring together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind, helping you to manage stress and relax.
Good for beginners or those returning to a yoga practice.
