Book a one-to-one relaxation class at Mantra Rooms, Chandlers Ford. One hour class working with the symptoms of stress with tools to try out and take home with you including meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, restorative yoga (no yoga experience or flexibility required).
We live in a world filled with “to do” lists, more to get done, accomplish and achieve. Technology is constantly present and we always feel obliged to stay in contact with it. We spend a great amount of time in our heads but are not connected with our bodies and what they are telling us. Dropping back into the body and befriending it has huge benefits. We are closely following the information and advice released by the Government and Public Health England with regard to the spread and containment of Covid-19.
Please wash your hands with water and soap before and after the class
You may still use props and straps in your practice but please place the used ones separate from the un-used ones. This helps us to disinfect all blocks at the end of the evening and wash the straps each day.
We have increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and are disinfecting all surfaces and door handles before and after class and at the end of the evening.
