I am excited to be part of Shanti Rooms’ new ‘well being’ development, not only because I believe in Debbie’s vision but also because I am privileged to be part of my wonderful sister’s journey.
Having worked as a primary school teacher for 14 years, I decided to diversify into a career which is equally as rewarding but just in a different way: hypnotherapy. My aim is to help people live a more fulfilling life and to help them bring calm within a storm. The beauty of hypnotherapy is that it accelerates the change process all within the context of deep relaxation – a win-win! From supporting people with improving their self-esteem to overcoming limiting beliefs, phobias, combatting stress and trauma to weight loss and breaking bad habits, hypnotherapy is a great way of putting you back in control.
But hypnotherapy is not exclusive to those who feel they have become stuck or burdened, it can be used in goal setting, public speaking and unharnessing creativity. It helps people to like themselves again or even for the first time. The majority of people I see, come to me with anxiety issues in one form or another- it is wonderful seeing them make progress and actually live life to the full again.
I was just thinking about the best part about my job and it is actually when clients say they no longer need me!
