Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful yoga that is designed to bring a deeper connection to your physical, emotional and spiritual self; this practice has been extremely powerful and life-changing for me!
After making the decision to leave my high-pressured corporate career in pursuit of ‘something more’, Kundalini Yoga helped me understand the importance of living a balanced life. I created Raw Elevation with the goal of helping you Create Your Balance. The truth is, balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you create. How we spend our days is how we spend our lives, so it makes sense to invest a little time creating balance for the most important person in your life – YOU!
Raw Elevation helps to bring physical, mental and emotional balance to our busy lives from within, rather than relying on fleeting times of happiness or validation from external sources. It brings me so much joy and happiness to be able to share these natural & raw elevation tools with others, through Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation.
Known as the Yoga of Awareness – Kundalini yoga combines movement, breathwork, mantra, mudra and meditation to work on all aspects of your body, mind and soul.
Through these classes, we work to harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body. Balancing and shifting energy in the body, each exercise set (or kriya) works to gain a specific outcome. Whether you are looking to gain more energy, activate your nervous system, shift your mindset, reduce stress, or just bring a positive mood to the day; there will be the perfect set for you!
Whether you have practised yoga of any kind before or if this is your first time, you are very welcome to attend. Your teacher Jo will be on hand to make sure your experience is enjoyable and that you leave feeling uplifted and radiant!
